Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Location: The Netherlands 

About the Role:

ThisWorks is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
