My role at ThisWorks 

Hello, I’m Juul Seuren, an HR Consultant at ThisWorks.

In my role, I support employees and clients throughout different stages of international employment. This includes coordinating onboarding, managing HR administration, answering employee questions and helping ensure that the necessary information is communicated clearly and on time.

I originally joined ThisWorks in a combined role covering HR Operations and marketing activities. Since then, I have moved fully into HR, allowing me to deepen my practical knowledge of employee onboarding, employment processes and day-to-day HR support.

What I enjoy most about my role is working with people from different countries and cultural backgrounds. Every employee has a different situation, and processes that may feel familiar in one country can be completely new in another. I therefore try to make information clear, accessible and easy to apply.

A smooth employment experience also depends on good coordination behind the scenes. I work closely with employees, clients, payroll specialists and other HR colleagues to keep processes moving and make sure everyone has the information they need.

The variety of international HR keeps the role interesting. Every situation brings new questions and opportunities to learn, while allowing me to contribute directly to a positive and well-organised employee experience.
