Hello, my name is Nicoletta Papadopoulos, and I am a Junior HR Consultant with the ThisWorks team. I am originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, a country known for its natural beauty and rich cultural diversity, which has shaped my appreciation for working with people from different backgrounds. When I am not working, you will likely find me out in nature, hiking trails and exploring the outdoors is my favourite way to recharge. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree and began my career at a company that truly valued its people and made team culture a priority. That experience defined the kind of work environment I believe in, and I am glad to have found something similar at ThisWorks, where looking after people is at the heart of everything we do. I joined the ThisWorks team in March, and working remotely and collaborating with colleagues and clients from all corners of the world has already been a new and exciting chapter for me. The multicultural nature of this role is something I find genuinely fascinating, every interaction brings a different perspective, and I love that no two days are quite the same.
